Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your handmade earrings must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of handmade earrings, returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Earrings that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Items not in their original packaging or with missing components.
  • Earrings damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank for details about processing times.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace handmade earrings if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your earrings for the same product, please email us at and mail your item to: .


Gifts

If the earrings were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
